We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious new colleague in our Product Quality & Compliance team.
Your role as Product Compliance Specialist:
Coordinating the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) process for batteries, oils, tyres, electrical equipment and product packaging
Managing the monthly EPR declarations in all (28) countries where Kramp operates in cooperation with an external service partner
Leading (international) audits in the EPR field for Kramp
Working together with various internal and external stakeholders
Responsible for the development, improvement and monitoring of the EPR process
Keeping knowledge of product-related legislation and regulations up to date and ensuring that this knowledge is documented and shared
Advising colleagues within Kramp where you are expert and contact point
Working cross-functionally to develop product compliance projects within Kramp
You will work together with 4 colleagues in a dynamic and driven Product Quality & Compliance team in Varsseveld and report to the Manager Product Quality & Compliance.
Who are you?
Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration, law or other relevant field
Familiar with or work experience with European product compliance legislation is a plus
You are confident and can communicate clearly about projects and next steps
You can work independently and take the initiative
You can extract insights from data (e.g. Excel, Tableau) and translate them into advice
You like a challenging and flexible position in a growing environment
You have excellent spoken and written skills in English and Dutch due to the international nature of the position
