Your Role:
As the Cluster Customer Service Manager CEE, you'll be entrusted with one of the key pillars of the customer experience – customer service. Your mission is to lead your teams in delivering the very best service to Kramp customers. This role encompasses introducing a new communication platform, overseeing the development of a new CS organization, and excelling in people management and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement a revolutionary communication platform.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of customer service experience, with a preference for retail or wholesale expertise.
- Proficiency in managing a modern CS organization in an omnichannel setup.
- E-commerce knowledge.
- Willingness to travel.
- A deep understanding of industry trends.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and other data analytics tools.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effective task prioritization.
- Fluency in English and one or more CEE languages.
