Recently Kramp introduced a new operating model. In order to increase the responsiveness to local market dynamics the company introduced Clluster Management Teams to drive the business in different regions.

We are looking for a

Sales Training Specialist

who contributes to the development and implementation of sales training for the salesforce (AM, KAM, internal sales, CS, Business Solutions and Retail)

What is your role?  

You improve the capabilities and contribute to the change towards a data driven omnichannel sales organisation. You will be building a network of training agencies that can support developing and execution of training. You Collect the training needs from the clusters/countries as input to further improve the sales knowledge standards of the salesforce.

Your specific tasks include:  

  • Engage with team or managers to clarify short-term priorities for Learning and Development interventions; gather relevant data on performance and current levels of competence; identify gaps in relation to required levels and obtain agreement on required outcomes.

  • Deliver training courses or programs, engaging, advising, and guiding learners and evaluating the achievement of intended learning outcomes.

  • Design and develop content for training courses to fill gaps in established program, and run complex or customized training courses to improve employee performance. Involves focusing on a specific functional area.

  • Develop and design content for training and development programs in digital to fill gaps in established programs; run customized training and development programs in digital.

  • Identify product training needs and develop, design, and evaluate content for product training courses in specific functional areas to fill gaps in established programs; run complex and/or customized product training courses to improve employee performance within specific functional area.

  • Implement policies and processes, collect best practices and case studies, and participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions to capture, and share knowledge on project/program outcomes and innovative practices in allocated projects to share knowledge among colleagues.

  • Partner and build collaborative working relationships with other professional teams and over organizational boundaries, to ensure service users experience cohesive and seamless support to meet their needs.

  • Contribute to the management of partnering relationships with internal clients, building effective working relationships and providing high-quality professional services to support in delivering business strategy and plans.

  • Track training budgets and report variances to cluster MD's.

Your team

You are part of the Sales Excellence & Training team. You will report to the manager Sales Excellence & training. Furthermore you will work closely with the cluster MD’s and commercial teams.

Who are you?  

For this job we have a couple of requirements:  

Knowledge and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level of Work Experience

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Solid understanding of training and development principles, methodologies, and tools.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

  • Knowledge of digital learning solutions and platforms.

Experience required:

  • At least 6 years of experience in sales training or learning and development.

  • Proven track record in developing and executing training programs.

  • Experience in building partnerships with internal stakeholders.

  • Experience in managing budgets.

  • Strong digital acumen and experience in delivering digital learning solutions.
