Do you enjoy helping customers and developing long-term cooperation? Are you solution-oriented and looking for opportunities to exceed the customer's expectations? If yes, you may well be the person we are looking for the role of Customer Specialist as part of our developing customer service team.  

As a Customer Specialist, you answer customer inquiries by phone and through other contact channels, manage customer information, handle order processing and increase sales in close cooperation with customer managers. You also participate in customer visits, events, offer e-commerce training for internal and external stakeholders and get involved in development projects.   

Area of ​​responsibility: 

  • Telephone customer support, advice and service processing (non-technical customer questions about products, services, orders and complaints, objections, requests for quotations, questions on invoices, etc. by telephone, mail, social media)
  • Active development and maintenance of customer relationships
  • Ensuring high telephone availability & proactive commercial sales by phone
  • Implementation of the sales strategy in the office
  • Collection and analysis of customer and market information
  • Close cooperation and regular exchange with the Account Managers regarding customer information
  • Joint customer development in cooperation with the field service
  • Handling of all internal sales processes such as inquiries, offers, callbacks, etc.

You are a person who has: 

  • Secondary Vocational in a commercial/technical area
  • High degree of service and customer orientation
  • Ideally experience in internal sales
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Good computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel), ideally with CRM software
  • Very good knowledge of English
