That’s why we are building our own experimentation platform with a dedicated team and why we need you for your expertise.
Your role
There are a lot of differences in online behaviour between the different countries and markets. It is your job to make our digital channels (webshop, my account and app) as user-friendly as possible. You do so by combining data points with customer insights and translating these into the best possible experiments (based on impact, confidence, ease). You will have a key role in our product teams that have a dedicated focus on continuously improving the digital experience of the customer journey.
Next to your contribution within the cross-functional teams, we have a goal to further professionalize our experimentation & validation tactics across the company. You will join the 3 conversion specialists already in the team, you will guide and coach multiple teams, departments and countries on experimentation and validation tactics and how to apply experimentation and validation tactics in the best possible way.
The team
We are a fast-growing and multi-disciplinary E-commerce & Digital team of about 19 specialists. We collaborate a lot with our colleagues at the Kramp Hub in Utrecht, which will also be your main location to work. There are about 60 people, working on the development of our webshop. We work with good tooling, in a very familiar way. Furthermore there is great attention to the employee and short lines of communication. In addition, you will occasionally work at our headquarters in Varsseveld.
What tasks and challenges do we see in this role?
- Initiate hypothesis-driven experiments based on OKR’s, user research, data and psychology.
- Conceptualizing conversion- or experience-improving functionalities, creating requirements, monitoring, and supporting in the design and development process up to go-live.
- Analyze test results, define next steps and be able to clearly communicate your findings to key stakeholders.
- Build, run and own the experimentation roadmap in close collaboration with other CRO specialists, data analysts, UX designers, product owners, developers and key stakeholders.
- Guide teams in applying experimentation in their way of working by sharing knowledge, best-practices, defining processes & frameworks.
- Proactively investigate new tools, ways of working & innovations within your area of expertise and further drive our product discovery & validation maturity.
Which skills and experience are we looking for?
- You have at least 5 years of experience in optimizing digital customer journeys.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- Very strong communication skills.
- You’re able to start, lead and take ownership of multidisciplinary projects related to conversion and digital experience optimization.
- Experience in creating new- and optimizing features for e-commerce environments.
- Experience with experimentation platforms, data-driven decision making and behavioral analytics tooling.
- Experience working in agile (product) teams.
- Start and end the day with data-driven decision making.
- Professional level of English and Dutch (written and verbal).
- You live in the Netherlands, preferably near Utrecht or Varsseveld, or somewhere in between.
