International Pricing Analyst


We are currently looking for an International Pricing Analyst who will form the foundation for the price setting and realize the global price strategy in close collaboration with the Local/Regional Pricing Managers. In this role it is crucial to coordinate and monitor the development and realization of prices from list prices to realized net prices, across channels, on both European and market level. In the current, very volatile market dynamics, you will support the International Pricing Manager to initiate, coordinate, and help Local Price Managers realize price changes across product categories and markets.

Within the Pricing department, you will work closely with the Pricing Business Intelligence team in order to monitor and help drive price realization. This is a crucial role at Kramp and will grow into an International Price Management team of three within the Pricing department.

What is your role?

You will:

  • Support the implementation and execution of the pricing strategy.

  • Monitor and steer on list prices, discounts, and margins across Markets in collaboration with the Pricing BI team.

  • Conduct periodic market and competitive intelligence analyses as needed to provide a holistic assessment to evaluate risks or opportunities impacting pricing strategies.

  • Act as a liaison between pricing strategy at the group-level and Local/Regional Pricing Managers whom execute at the local level.

  • Support the development and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies to educate sales, category management and other business partners about pricing best practices.

  • Initiate, coordinate, and help Markets realize price increases.

  • Effectively collaborate in a small-team, carrying out the vital commercial function of price setting and realization.

Who are you?

  • 1+ years of professional experience, preferably in pricing, revenue management and/or strategy consulting.

  • Experiencing in commercial strategy, pricing, and discounting strategies.

  • Wholesale B2B experience a plus.

  • Exposure to project management.

  • Strong analytical capabilities.

  • Good relationship management, interpersonal and communication skills, intercultural awareness, and sensitivity.

  • Fluent in English, any other European languages is a plus.

  • Master in Business, e.g. Economics, Business Administration or Business Engineering.
