Second Line Support Engineer

What is your role?
Kramp supplies over 700,000 products to the agricultural sector and related markets. If a customer order before 6:30 PM, we aim to deliver it before 8:00 AM the next day. Our 2nd line support team supports the continuity of order flows within Kramp. You are involved in the management and monitoring of our financial applications. You support the customers and suppliers in the field of Oracle Finance Cloud and Oracle Procurement Cloud.

Other tasks and responsibilities:

  • Registering and resolving questions or incidents within Oracle Finance Cloud and Oracle Procurement Cloud.

  • Monitoring process flows.

  • Monitoring all outstanding incidents and providing communication about this in a very customer-friendly manner.

  • Perform risk analyses.

  • Proactively monitoring of systems to prevent (structural) disruptions.

  • Escalating incidents to third parties.

  • Drafting and maintaining process and application documentation.

  • Contribute to the various projects such as connecting new customers and suppliers in close collaboration with the development team.

The Second Line Support Engineer is part of the international IT team in the Netherlands and reports to the Team Manager IT Support. ​​​​​​​You will be working in a team with enthusiastic and service-oriented colleagues. Together you are part of the Technology team, which consists of approximately 150 specialists in Varsseveld.
