Paimio - Warehouse Manager for semi-automated warehouse

As Warehouse Manager / Team Manager Logistics for a local team of 12 employees, you will be responsible for preparing work plans, reporting, follow-up on KPI’s and coordinate all related tasks in the day-to-day operations – including actively contributing to the daily handling of flow in the warehouse together with your team.

Besides handling the daily operation, you will be involved in different projects with focus on increasing the efficiency, both local and global projects. Flair and experience with handling projects, involving Lean and process automation, is required in this position. We currently use Microsoft Dynamics Axapta, SHARK and TMS as our primary systems.

Reporting will be to the Nordic Operations Director domiciled in Denmark, and you will be part of the Nordic logistics team. The warehouse is located in Paimio and the entire Finish team of 30 colleagues, incl. sales and finance are located in same building, securing a close and cross-functional daily cooperation.

About you

You have 3+ years’ experience from a similar position and/or have worked close with projects of improvements in a warehouse setup, used to drive lean dashboards and coordinate close to the shopfloor.

You have language skills in English, to handle the daily tasks. Knowledge of Swedish language is an advantage.

You have personality, characterized as an independent and service-minded team player – and above all, solution-oriented.
