What is your role?

In your job you will be part of the HR Service Delivery team where you will focus on delivering full support on managing inbound and outbound integrations with corporate applications (like payroll solutions, time tracking applications, etc.) together with internal and external partners, and do root cause analysis. You will design Workday reports based on the requirements of our HR colleagues and internal business stakeholders. Proactively you support the creation and optimization the end-2-end processes where Workday will be part of the future-proof HR landscape. As a Workday Application Consultant, you will not only configure and test the solution, but you will also be a business advisor for our internal clients where you will propose the best solution regardless of the technical possibilities. While optimizing Workday, you’ll always keep an eye on the user experience and ensure end-users will adopt Workday easily. After Workday is designed and configured, you will ensure training materials are provided so that end-users will hit the ground running when going live with Workday.

Moreover, you will be part of an international HR Service Delivery team which supports our HR community in more than 20 countries. 

Who are you?

For this job we have a couple of requirements:

  • You ideally have experience in working with the Workday platform, either from IT side and/or HR Technology side
  • Master or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or IT
  • Experience or affinity with one of the following Workday HCM modules: Workday Integration, Workday Advanced Reporting, Workday Studio
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Great stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
