(Tech) Talent Acquisition Specialist

Due to a promotion within the team, we’re now looking for two new team members to join our enthusiastic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will help us attract, engage, and hire the brightest minds for Kramp (in the Netherlands).
We have one open vacancy for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to focus on tech roles in our Utrecht office, while another specialist will continue to manage various roles across our HQ in Varsseveld. In total we are a team of 5.
In this position, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our workforce by identifying top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience.

What is your role?
you will:
work on a average of 10 roles at the time.
implement creative sourcing strategies to attract the best candidates on the market.
act as the Recruitment expert; the person who will advise hiring managers and successfully guide the recruitment process.
promote Kramp's Employer Brand at all times.
work on up-to-date data and reports on HR processes.
provide an exceptional candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process, so that all candidates have a positive experience with Kramp.
work on optimizing our processes.
Your team
Our team consists of 4 Talent Acquisition Specialists and 1 Talent Acquisition Lead - based in the Netherlands. You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development.
Who are you?
You have 5+ year of experience as a (Tech) Talent Acquisition Specialist and you know how to advise our teams in setting up the right recruitment profiles.
You have excellent stakeholder management-, communication-, and influencing skills.
You are open-minded and have a solution-oriented mindset.
You have experience with a wide range of sourcing channels, including social media.
We are constantly optimizing our processes, and you’ll bring that skill with you to help us get even better.
You are fluent in English. Any other languages? Great!
You have experience in a fast paced international organization.
