What personal data do you have to share?
If you apply for a vacancy, we will ask you to provide some personal data to us. If you use our website and apply for a vacancy, we will process the following personal data:

• Name and family name;
• E-mail address;
• Telephone number;
• Address details (optional);
• Country;
• CV;
• Websites (optional);
• How you found us (in case you are ‘referred by’ the name of the person that referred you to our vacancies);
• Other relevant documents you upload. 

We process your data to handle your application and to potentially offer you a labor contract. If we hire you, we will store your personal data for as long as you work for us. We will erase your personal data (provided by you within the application procedure) after ending your employment. The period of your deployment depends on the legal conditions of the country you work in. 

If we don’t hire you, we will erase your personal data within 6 weeks after the ending of our application procedure. This, unless we have requested consent from you to store your personal data longer because of a potential suitable function that may become available on a later moment. In this last situation, we will store your personal data for a maximum of one year.

What data do we keep in case of an assessment?
An assessment can be part of the application procedure. For certain positions it is necessary to be able to guarantee that applicants have certain qualities that are important for the job in question.  If we do not hire you, we will delete the assessment results within 6 weeks after the end of the application procedure. If we do hire you, we will keep your assessment results up to one year after you have joined us.

What if you want to contact us
If you want to contact us, you can send us an e-mail, letter or phone us. In case you do, we will process the personal data you provide us with. We will process this personal data for performance of the agreement, namely to contact you after you requested us to do so. We will store the abovementioned data for a maximum of 1 year, after we had our last contact with you. 

Provision to third parties
We will only provide your personal data to third parties, in case this is necessary for performance of the agreement with you, in case you have given us explicit consent to do so, or in case we are obliged to by law. 

There are certain parties we have enabled to support us. These are the following parties: 

• External IT-suppliers;
• External assessment agencies;
• External recruitment agencies. 

We have concluded written agreements with these companies about the handling of your personal data, and what they can and cannot do with this. Based on your consent, we can share your personal data with the legal entity within our Kramp Group that holds the vacancy. In case we would like to share your personal data with another entity within the Kramp Group on a later moment, we will also ask your consent before doing so. Within the Kramp Group we all use the same retention periods as described in this privacy and cookie statement.
