As Supplier Specialist within the Power Solutions team (Transmission, Hydraulics, Electrical & Pneumatics), you are the go-to expert for maintaining high-quality supplier data, ensuring accurate pricing, order settings, and delivery details in our systems. You act as a key link between suppliers, category buyers, and supply chain partners, ensuring that our customers always have the best assortment for their needs against the best possible conditions. 

You’ll play a vital role in maintaining supplier data, identifying data issues, optimizing supplier setups, and helping ensure our suppliers deliver the right products, at the right time, in the right way. You proactively monitor performance, address bottlenecks, and continuously improve how we work with suppliers. 

This position is based in Varsseveld (at least once a week) or Leek following our hybrid work policy of 2–3 office days per week.  

This position is available on a 24- or 32-hour contract basis. 

 

What will keep you busy: 

  • Ensure accurate supplier master data, prices, and order conditions in our systems 

  • Monitor supplier performance and help resolve delivery, pricing, or data issues 

  • Work with Category Buyers to optimize performance and improve supplier setups 

  • Support in balancing supply settings across Kramp locations 

  • Act as the bridge connecting key teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Category) 

  • Maintaining and optimizing supplier performance and stock levels by analyzing, processing and improving the supplier set-up in the relevant systems. 

 

Who are you? What background will make you successful in this role? 

  • 2-3 years of experience in a data- or procurement-related role 

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy 

  • Proactive mindset - spotting issues before they grow 

  • Experience in working with procurement systems (Excel, ERP) 

  • Comfortable working independently while aligning across teams  

  • You have an excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
