Internship Category Management

Are you an ambitious student looking for a challenging internship in our Category Management team? We are looking for a Bachelor student who enjoys supporting the team in a relevant projects!

During the internship, you will work closely with the international team on a daily basis. A Category Manager is responsible for a relevant and profitable product range, in the right place, at the right price for the customer and in a certain product category. Together with the Team, you will ensure that the assortment develops according to the targets set by the Category Strategy.

The projects you will participate in:

Together with your mentor you will select the project you will participate in (you can also start your own project). The projects will relate to lawnmowers, brush cutters and accessories for chainsaws. You will contribute to the development of the product range and, together with the team, you will make sure it is presented well in the e-commerce structures.

To deliver the projects, you will work closely with the Category Management, Business Intelligence, Sales, Procurement and other departments.

Who are you?

  • Education: you are currently pursuing a Bachelor (of Science) or Master (of Science) degree in a technical, commercial or agricultural field. You are available for an full-time/32 hours internship starting from February/March 

  • English: You speak, write and understand the English language excellently. This is important, as many colleagues do not speak or write Dutch.

  • Good communication skills, as you will spar a lot with various teams

  • You work accurately and have an eye for detail.

  • You can work well independently and you are not afraid to take initiative.

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset.

A background in agriculture is not necessary, but it is nice if you already have some basic knowledge of machinery.
