As a Change Manager at Kramp your goal is to ensure that changes are implemented in a controlled and efficient manner. With your hands-on and pragmatic approach you will drive the Operational Change Management of our major ERP Transformation program, called “Spring”.
The Spring program can be considered as an umbrella program with lots of related project and business dependencies. The program will replace and improve the core of our Technology and key business processes in order to have a smooth transition to our Kramp Strategy. This program will not be a walk in the park. We finalized the ground work in the scoping phase and are now initiating the implementation. Within the program you will develop a Kramp way of working that with form the basis of a center of excellence for Change Management within Kramp, where we focus on local hero and train the trainer concepts. There is a huge amount of work to be done with a diverse group of internal and external teams and that’s the reason why we are looking for you!
 

The role

  • Facilitate the adoption of the new processes and solutions for Kramp.

  • Advise the Kramp Leadership team on the OCM strategy and execution. You will then guide leadership teams in facilitating and realizing the change.

  • Develop the Operational Change Management scan, identify organizational design implication/major business changes, develop the strategy and plan for the transformation program.

  • Align with the Systems Integrator Change Management lead and team.

  • Develop a Change Network and engage stakeholders across the business.

  • Perform regular surveys with the Program team and the impacted organization.

  • Identify key target groups impacted by the project results.

  • Engages the human factor in the transformation program by driving 3 main themes: impact, readiness, sustainability.

  • Identify training needs, and Co-develop the training program and train-the-trainer program focused on long-term adoption.

  • Develop a persona based communication plan for all involved departments and locations.

  • Develop a strategy & plan for the understanding of the need for change. Identify the high-level implications, risks, and issues associated with the changes.

  • Define and agree on change project KPIs and report on progress.

You will be exposed to working with international people from our Technology and Business departments and change agents in our 25 countries in Europe. You will be part of the Program core team and work directly with the Program Manager, PMO, Program Assistant, Systems Integrator PM and Change Manager and Kramp business stakeholders and change agents in the organization.
 

Who are you?
You have a hands-on mentality and 5-10 years of experience working as a Change Manager. You are available for 32-40 hours per week (mainly based in the office in Varsseveld, with occasional visits to Utrecht and our European locations).

Besides, we are looking for someone who has:

  • completed a Bachelor or Master degree.

  • extensive experience with complex IT transformation programs in an international context.

  • knowledge of / experience in the most common Change Management theories & practices.

  • completed complex transformation projects from start to finish (duration of project: 1-4 years).

  • an eye for detail, is people minded and goal oriented.

  • the ability to influence and convince senior leadership teams, change, agents and employees.

  • ability to develop concrete implementation plan, that fit to the organizational needs.

  • excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Dutch is considered an asset.
