As a senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will focus on executing and optimizing full-cycle recruitment across countries and business areas, while supporting the Head of Talent Acquisition & OD in building a scalable, consistent recruitment model. You will deliver day-to-day excellence while contributing valuable insights into process improvement and talent market trends.
In this role, you will take direct ownership of senior and group-level hiring, with a focus on positions based in the Netherlands, as well as critical senior leadership roles across Europe. These are high-visibility positions that require professionalism, discretion, and strong stakeholder management.

Your role
Execute full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and regions, ensuring high-quality hires and excellent candidate experience.
Own the recruitment for senior group-level roles, primarily based in the Netherlands, and including key leadership positions across Europe.
Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and build effective search strategies.
Support the Head of Talent Acquisition & OD in developing and improving global recruitment processes, standards, and frameworks.
Implement and improve sourcing and selection practices, including proactive talent pooling, channel mix, and candidate assessments.
Manage agency relationships and support cost-effective use of external search resources.
Create recruitment briefs and profiles for key positions, ensuring alignment with business goals and employer branding.
Deliver hands-on recruitment for senior and critical roles, acting with discretion and professionalism.
Contribute to recruitment data analysis and reporting to improve funnel metrics, hiring performance, and process efficiency.
Act as a talent ambassador, promoting Kramp’s EVP through career events, campaigns, and social media initiatives.
Who are you?
We are looking for a hands-on and experienced HR professional with strong recruiting capabilities and a passion for candidate and stakeholder experience.
You are:
A seasoned recruiter with proven success in full-cycle hiring across functions and regions—ideally in a multinational context.
Experienced in handling senior, confidential, and business-critical roles, with the confidence to advise senior stakeholders and executives.
Highly collaborative, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build trusted relationships across HR, business units, and external partners.
Strong in communication and professional presence, able to manage senior stakeholder expectations and candidate engagement with credibility.
Structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities at once.
Comfortable using recruitment tools and systems (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS, sourcing platforms, data dashboards) to improve speed and quality.
Insightful about talent trends and sourcing techniques, contributing ideas to strengthen our approach.
A problem-solver who can operate with flexibility, resilience, and pragmatism in a fast-paced environment.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HRM, Business, or Communication.
5+ years of experience in recruiting, including ownership of senior-level and international roles.
Experience with group-level and executive recruitment across multiple markets, particularly in the Netherlands and broader Europe.
Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
Knowledge of European labor markets and recruitment compliance topics.
Strong command of recruitment metrics and continuous improvement methods.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plus.
