The Employer Branding and Engagement Specialist plays a critical role in how the organization attracts, engages, and retains top talent by defining and promoting the company’s unique employment brand. You will be responsible for implementing a compelling Employer Value Proposition that authentically reflects the company’s culture, values, and employee experience, and for ensuring that it is effectively communicated both internally and externally.
You will be part of the Corporate Communications, which contains of specialists in External communications and Internal communications and the role of Employer Branding and Engagement Specialist.
The role
Own the employer brand: You’ll manage and roll out brand plans that align with our employer value proposition, making sure everything we do reflects who we are as an employer.
Create content that connects: From web copy to print materials, you’ll write and edit content that speaks to our audience and fits our tone of voice.
Engage stakeholders: You’ll help organize meetings, events, and materials that build internal alignment and excitement around our employer brand.
Be the go-to for comms tools: You’ll support colleagues in using our communication platforms for internal branding and employer branding effectively, offering tips and guidance when needed.
Enhance the candidate and employee experience: You’ll support initiatives that make our employee journey stand out—from onboarding to alumni.
Turn data into insights: You’ll independently gather and analyze data to understand what’s working and where we can improve.
Spot opportunities for improvement: You’ll identify gaps in our processes and help implement smart, people-focused solutions.
Connect with the community: You’ll support outreach and consultation efforts that bring our employer brand to life in the wider world.
Understand our audience: You’ll dive into market and talent research to keep our messaging sharp and relevant.
Make strategy happen: You’ll help translate big ideas into clear plans and coordinate efforts to bring them to life.
Who are you?
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Professional who embodies the following qualities:
HR and or communications Expertise: a seasoned Professional with a strong track record in driving engagement and employee value plans, knowledgeable about current HR trends, methods, behavioral transformation and leadership.
Result-oriented, smart, people driven specialist who creates overview, vision and is also able to dive into details to deliver tangible outcomes.
Effectively builds formal and informal relationship, engages with a wide network, across many functions, disciplines, and levels, to add value to organizational efforts.
Maneuvers comfortably through organizational dynamics. Builds support for ideas among key decision makers and stakeholders. Anticipates political difficulties and identifies ways to overcome these challenges.
Knows and creates the most effective and efficient processes and tools to get things.
Hands-on, able to deliver intime, keeping agreements. Someone who strives for high quality with pragmatic implementation power.
Has a Bachelor level preferably in the directions: HRM, Communication, Business Management.
