What is your role?  

You will be responsible for advising on and supporting the learning and professional development of the workforce as well as implements and executing policies, processes, and development and training offerings. 

Your specific tasks include:   

  • Design training programs: Develop and deliver engaging training courses, incorporating effective L&D methodologies and high-quality learning resources to achieve outstanding learner outcomes. 

  • Advise on policies: Provide expert advice on the interpretation and application of L&D policies and procedures, resolving queries and addressing complex issues as needed. 

  • Analyze HR data: Conduct complex analyses of HR data to identify key trends and develop insights that enhance employee engagement and improve business performance. 

  • Manage L&D processes: Implement and manage L&D processes and initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and continuous development of the workforce. 

  • Drive continuous improvement: Review and innovate existing operations to ensure continuous improvement and generate new ideas that enhance our L&D initiatives. 
     

Your team 

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be part of our central and international team of experts dedicated to supporting HR colleagues, managers, and employees across all Kramp locations. You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition & Organisational Development. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality L&D solutions that empower our workforce, drive business success, and create a culture of continuous learning. We collaborate closely to share knowledge, innovate, and ensure that our L&D initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and the diverse needs of our employee 

Who are you?  

For this job we have a couple of requirements:   

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR, Psychology, or Sociology. 

  • Extensive experience in a similar position, with a strong track record in Learning and Development. 

  • Excellent business English skills (B2/C1 level). 

  • In-depth understanding of current learning trends and methodologies. 

  • Exceptional organizational abilities, with great attention to detail. 

  • Enthusiastic about designing and managing processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
