To support this journey of digital innovation we are searching for a Business Analyst who can navigate the complexities that come with solving challenges within the e-commerce realm and drive related customer experience initiatives, working closely with other teams. 

The individual who will join our team has a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to create compelling business cases to support innovation and drive the new value proposition of the end-user department. Together, we ensure consistency in the customer experience over all touchpoints and drive innovations both towards customers as well as internal/operational processes.  

This position is key in the inter-relationships and inter-dependencies between the different product and commercial teams for the end-user segment. To be successful, it is key to establish relationships, align, support and gain commitments from the different stakeholders. Through insightful analysis and data-driven recommendations you will play a crucial part in enhancing our value proposition and fostering growth.  

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Define key results area and targets per domain 

  • Define set of strategic initiatives and business planning 

  • Analyse and understand current business processes to develop business cases to support new features and enhancements. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive project success. 

  • Through insightful analysis and data-driven recommendations you will play a crucial part in enhancing our value proposition and fostering growth. 

Qualifications: 

  • Masters in a quantitative field, e.g. Business Analytics, Engineering, Econometry. 

  • 2+ years of experience in business or data analytics, preferably in an e-commerce environment. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. 

  • Experience in developing business cases and presenting them to stakeholders. 

  • Technical understanding of data flows and integrations. Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. 

  • Ability to forge effective working relationships with colleagues across a wide range of disciplines and seniority. 

  • Located in the Netherlands
