The role
To support and drive Kramp’s ambition — to become the leading digital platform for the agricultural industry in Europe —we are looking for a visionary Head of Talent Acquisition & Organisation Development. Achieving our ambition requires world-class talent, a scalable organization, and exceptional leadership. As Head of Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development, you will play a mission-critical role in shaping and executing a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy while driving organizational development initiatives to support long-term business growth. You will lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development specialists.
Key responsibilities:
Translate Kramp’s business strategy into a clear and compelling vision for talent acquisition, talent- and leadership development, organizational development and DE&I. Develop and execute a roadmap with strategic initiatives, policies, and frameworks that strengthen organizational capability.
Ensure alignment with executive stakeholders and seamless integration across the broader people & culture agenda.
Partner with senior leadership to assess and evolve organizational structures to support growth, improve collaboration, and clarify accountability.
Build leadership capability through tailored development programs and change leadership support, aligning with Kramp’s transformation agenda.
Strengthen Kramp’s performance and succession management frameworks to drive a high-performance culture. Enable leaders with tools and insights to develop their teams, support career development, and improve bench strength for key roles.
Develop best in class recruitment capability across all regions and functions, leveraging data and technology to optimize hiring speed, quality, and candidate experience. Implement robust metrics and reporting to track hiring performance, funnel efficiency, time-to-fill, and recruiting ROI.
Oversee executive search for senior and critical roles, directly managing top-level recruitment with discretion and strategic insight.
Cultivate a high-performance, engaged and inclusive working environment that balances strategic vision with hands-on execution.
Who are you?
You bring extensive leadership experience in both Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development within a multinational environment, with a strong track record of driving strategic people initiatives and leading high-performing teams.
Furthermore, we are looking for someone with:
Strong expertise in leadership development, talent management and succession
Track record in talent acquisition and executive hiring in multinational environments
A strategic mindset combined with execution power
Down-to-earth, humble mindset that aligns with Kramp’s collaborative and practical culture.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a pragmatic approach.
A Completed Master's degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Psychology
