Head of Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development
Lead Kramp’s Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development agenda with a clear focus on attracting, hiring, and retaining the best talent across Europe. You will own and continuously improve a best-in-class recruitment process, oversee executive hiring, manage agency partnerships and spend, and lead a team of recruiters in their day-to-day operations. Alongside, you will guide organizational design, leadership development, and performance management initiatives aligned with Kramp’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and Execute the Talent Acquisition Strategy
Define and lead a scalable, high-impact Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with Kramp’s business objectives and future workforce needs.
Ensure a consistent and efficient end-to-end recruitment process across all regions and functions, leveraging data and technology to optimize hiring speed, quality, and candidate experience.
Oversee executive search for senior and critical roles, directly managing top-level recruitment with discretion and strategic insight.
Manage recruitment operations, including internal team performance and external partner relationships, ensuring agency use is cost-effective, high-quality, and value-adding.
Implement robust metrics and reporting to track hiring performance, funnel efficiency, time-to-fill, and recruiting ROI.
Lead Day-to-Day Talent Acquisition Operations
Inspire and lead a team of recruitment professionals across Europe, ensuring consistent delivery, operational excellence, and accountability.
Drive proactive sourcing strategies, talent pipelining, employer branding initiatives, and internal mobility.
Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders and HRBPs on talent market trends, talent availability, and workforce planning.
Shape Organizational Development & Leadership Capability
Translate Kramp’s business strategy into a clear and compelling vision for talent, leadership, Diversity& Inclusion and organizational development. Develop and implement a roadmap with strategic initiatives, policies, and frameworks that strengthen organizational capability. Ensure alignment with executive stakeholders and seamless integration across the broader HR agenda.
Partner with senior leadership to assess and evolve organizational structures to support growth, improve collaboration, and clarify accountability.
Build leadership capability through tailored development programs and change leadership support, aligning with Kramp’s transformation agenda.
Performance & Talent Management
Strengthen Kramp’s performance and succession management frameworks to drive a high-performance culture.
Enable leaders with tools and insights to develop their teams, support career development, and improve bench strength for key roles.
Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team
Manage a team of approximately 10 professionals across Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development specialists
Cultivate a results-driven, collaborative, and agile working environment that balances strategic vision with hands-on execution.
What You Bring
Proven Expertise in Talent Acquisition: Demonstrated experience in leading recruitment at scale in a multinational environment. Expertise in executive search, agency management, recruitment operations, and recruitment technology/tools.
Organizational Development Insight: Strong understanding of organizational design, leadership development, and change management.
Strategic & Operational Excellence: Ability to balance long-term vision with day-to-day delivery. Analytical mindset with a focus on outcomes and process optimization.
Result-oriented: a smart, people driven leader with a helicopter view but also able to dive into details to deliver tangible outcomes.
Leadership & Influence: Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Skilled at building partnerships across a matrix organization.
Agile & Pragmatic: Hands-on, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Educational Background: Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
