Head of Talent & Organization Development

The mission of this role is to align Kramp’s long-term business goals with our talent and development strategy, translating this into impactful programs. You will serve as a vital link between our local HR teams across five European clusters and our global HR Business team. Kramp’s Group HR organization is built around strategic HR Business Partnering and strong global Centers of Expertise. In this role, you will lead the integrated areas of Talent and Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and Performance Management. 

Key Responsibilities 

Define and Execute Talent & OD Strategy 

Translate Kramp’s business strategy into a clear and compelling vision for talent, leadership, Diversity& Inclusion and organizational development. Develop and implement a roadmap with strategic initiatives, policies, and frameworks that strengthen organizational capability. Ensure alignment with executive stakeholders and seamless integration across the broader HR agenda. 

Lead Learning & Leadership Development 

Design and oversee the delivery of high-impact learning and leadership development programs that build future-ready capabilities. Foster a continuous learning culture by implementing blended learning solutions that align with Kramp’s strategic priorities and are tailored to the needs of both central teams and local markets. 

Elevate Performance & Talent Management 

Set the vision and lead the execution of Kramp’s performance management and talent development strategies. Enable a growth mindset culture by equipping leaders with tools and guidance to develop talent, drive performance, and support succession planning. Provide coaching to senior leaders to embed these practices effectively in their teams. 

Lead and Develop the Talent & OD Team 

Manage and inspire a team of approximately 10 professionals across central and local functions. Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment, ensuring delivery excellence in all areas of Talent & Organizational Development. 

Lead Transformational Change 

Drive the design and execution of key projects within Kramp’s transformation agenda. Apply structured change management methodologies to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working, embed desired cultural shifts, and reinforce behaviors that support Kramp’s long-term strategic goals. Act as a key change ambassador, enabling alignment across business units and functions. 

Shape Future Organizational Design 

Lead organizational assessments and future-state design initiatives to optimize team structures, clarify accountabilities, and improve cross-functional collaboration. Provide evidence-based insights on design options, including business case evaluations and impact assessments, in close cooperation with senior leaders and cluster HR teams. 

Drive Policy & Framework Development 

Own the development and evolution of key Talent & OD policies, standards, and processes across the organization. Ensure policies are practical, scalable, and support both central and local HR teams. Oversee implementation and compliance monitoring in collaboration with HRBPs and local clusters. 

Who are you? 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Professional who embodies the following qualities: 

  • HR Expertise: a seasoned HR Professional with a strong track record in HR strategy, knowledgeable about current HR trends in strategic workforce planning, organizational design, skill management, behavioral transformation and leadership. 

  • Result-oriented: a smart, people driven leader with a helicopter view but also able to dive into details to deliver tangible outcomes. 

  • Connector: an excellent communicator who connects with stakeholders on multiple levels in the organization, able to establish trusting relationships while not being shy to push for outcome. 

  • People Management & Development: - Foster a positive work environment that encourages growth, collaboration, and high performance within the HR Talent & Organizational Development team.  

  • Result-oriented: a smart, process-driven leader with a helicopter view but also able to dive into details to  deliver tangible outcomes. 

  • Hands-on, able to deliver in time, keeping agreements. Someone who strives for high quality with pragmatic implementation power. 

  • Has a Master level preferably in the directions: HRM, Business, Psychology.
