We are currently undergoing an HR transformation, shifting from an operational way of working towards a strategic and pro-active approach. By developing and executing the HR service delivery strategy, the Manager HR Service Delivery is one of the driving forces behind this transformation. They are part of the HR Leadership Team and lead a team of digital and process experts who develop the digital HR service model, based on a click-call-face strategy. Additionally, the Manager HR Service Delivery functionally leads the HR Service Advisors in the countries.

What is your role?

The Manager HR Service Delivery has frequent interactions with HR Managers in the countries to improve local practices, introduce global standards and develop HR service capabilities. They engage with the countries to make sure the click-call-face service model is implemented, supporting systems are consistently used and overall data quality and reporting capabilities are improved. The further adaptation of the HR IT suite Workday in HR’s way of working and through user self-service capabilities is one of the most important aspects of their responsibilities.

The Manager HR Service Delivery delivers a future-proof digital HR service delivery model, leveraging the latest trends in technology and customer service. They create end-to-end HR processes and streamlined employee journeys. The Manager HR Service Delivery takes Kramp’s HR processes to the next level and contributes to the overall advancement of HR services and capabilities.

What are our requirements?

  • 5+ years of work experience
  • Master’s degree in e.g. HRM, business, customer services or IT
  • HR transformation and digitization
  • Process design, continuous improvement and employee lifecycle
  • Ideally, experience in HR Shared Services
