Marketing Manager Poland & Baltics

We are looking for a Marketing Manager Poland & Baltics.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing the marketing strategy and coordinating all marketing activities. Key areas include planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing the team, and monitoring performance to achieve the set sales and marketing goals. Additionally, this role will be closely involved in developing the sales team’s skills in utilizing social media to grow the business and will take the initiative in organizing training sessions to enhance the team’s digital competencies.

What is your role?  

Your specific tasks include:  

  • Strategic Marketing Implementation: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for Poland and the Baltic countries, ensuring alignment with both local market needs and global company objectives.
  • Local Initiative Execution: Design and implement high-impact marketing initiatives aimed at driving business growth and enhancing brand visibility across target markets. Focus on digital marketing and e-commerce activities, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  • Marketing Campaigns Performance Management: Define and monitor clear and measurable marketing campaigns performance metrics to ensure the achievement of key sales and marketing objectives.
  • Event Planning and Management: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing and customer events, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in coordination with marketing and sales teams.
  • Brand Awareness and Customer Relationship Management: Focus on building strong customer relationships and increasing the visibility and awareness of the Kamp brand in the marketplace.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate seamless collaboration and communication between local and global marketing teams, different functional teams across countries to effectively roll out marketing initiatives, leveraging shared resources and expertise.
  • Monitor The Market Trends and Digital Competency Development: Identify and harness marketing and communication trends to contribute in driving digital transformation while upskilling the sales teams to maximize organizational impact.
  • Team Management:  Manage, coach and inspire the marketing team, translating overall business vision into strategy and goals for the team/department and driving their professional growth. Create organizational and technical conditions that enable team members to achieve optimal results and meet objectives to enhance efficiency.

Who are you?

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position in the field of marketing, preferably in digital e-commerce.
  • Masters’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
  • Experience in working within the matrix/global structures, which means the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Business-oriented and data-driven mindset, analytical skills that enable evaluate campaign results with focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Team management skills, proactive approach in organizing and conducting training for the sales and marketing team to enhance digital skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM, automation tools and with modern market communication methods.
  • Creativity and openness to new ideas, the ability to introduce innovative solutions in the marketing field.
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication.
