Position: Financial & Debtor Administrator

Location: Budapest, Hungary

Role Overview: As a Financial & Debtor Administrator at Kramp Hungary, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate debtor records and ensuring timely payments. You will collaborate closely with our finance and sales teams to uphold financial integrity and support our commitment to outstanding customer service. Additionally, you will handle various office management tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Debtor Records Management: Maintain up-to-date and accurate debtor records.
• Payment Processing: Ensure prompt and accurate processing of payments.
• Credit Control: Resolve outstanding issues and agree on payment deadlines.
• Data Management: Input and verify data into our systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Office Management: Assist in maintaining office supplies, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing office correspondence.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in administrative roles and finance involving data entry, document management, and office management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate payment terms effectively.
• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office).
• English language, intermediate level, Hungarian language is a must.

Education and Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary Non-Tertiary Education or Equivalent Experience.
