Analytics Manager Operations

At Kramp we are revolutionizing our supply chain operations and looking for a visionary Analytics Manager to join our team. You will rebuild and design dashboarding for operational leadership. These initiatives create both growth and efficiency for the Operations department. You will play a pivotal role in building KPIs, performing data analyses, and collaborating with data analysts and data scientists. Your work will drive our strategic decisions and enhance our warehousing reporting capabilities.

This is a broad scoped role, suited to those with a track record of leading small analytics function and/or creating new and high impact business verticals from scratch, from a consulting, or in house background with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. 
 

The role

  • Conceptualize and develop new KPIs and reports, with a hands-on approach.

  • Rebuild and design dashboards for operational leadership, focusing on warehousing reporting (OMS data).

  • Provide vision and strategy for live dashboards and reporting systems using Tableau, Gbq, AI, and dbt.

  • Conduct thorough data analyses to support supply chain operations.

  • Collaborate closely with Senior Operations Directors, Data Office team and other key stakeholders.

  • Focus initially on projects related to our major ERP Transformation program, called “Spring”.

  • Understand and improve end-to-end business processes in a supply chain context, particularly in e-commerce and logistics.
     

Who are you?

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain analytics or a related field.

  • Strong background in supply chain management, especially in e-commerce and logistics.

  • Expertise in S&OP, warehousing KPIs, productivity metrics, distribution costs, and on-time delivery metrics.

  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, particularly Tableau. Experience with AI, dbt, and GBq for data analysis and dashboard creation.

  • Conceptual and theoretical thinking abilities to develop strategic insights.

  • Hands-on experience in data analysis and KPI development.

  • Ability to work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering analytics projects.
     

Location and future prospect

  • The position is based in Varsseveld/ Utrecht, the Netherlands

  • This role does not currently have direct reports but offers the potential to lead a team in the future.
