Executive project and meeting coordinator

We're looking for an organized, proactive Executive project and meeting coordinator to support our team. You'll help us stay on track, structure meetings, manage priorities and keep our operations running smoothly. Working with the executive team, you'll have the opportunity to touch the most critical aspects of running the business.

This role is fast-paced and varied. You might be coordinating executive team meetings one moment and helping plan budget documentation the next. We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and isn't afraid to take initiative.
 

What is your role?

As an Executive project and meeting coordinator you are the trusted right hand to the members of the Executive Board team. You prepare, join, and follow up on Executive Board, Management Team and Supervisory Board meetings to ensure their strategic agenda is on track.
 

Who are you?

You are a master in structuring and planning complex calendars and coordinating processes, acting as a point of contact for stakeholders. You have strong organizational sensitivity and know how to find your way around. Prioritizing topics, communicating expectations and providing feedback on presentations are coming easy to you.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • You have over 8 years’ experience in working as a project assistant / manager or executive assistant in a complex, multinational environments.
  • You combine conceptual skills with a hands-on attitude.
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch.
  • We prefer a candidate that is able and willing to work in our office in Varsseveld.
  • Due to the character of the position the minimum number of working hours is 32.
