What is your role?

You contribute to the strategic HR vision, and ensure their successful execution in partnership with the HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and HR teams across our cluster management teams. • Talent and Organizational Development: Take ownership of talent management processes, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles to drive the business forward. You will be responsible for creating robust succession plans, developing high-potential talent, and contribute to innovative learning and development programs that empower our employees to reach their full potential.

  • Executive Coaching and Leadership Development: Act as a trusted coach and advisor to senior leaders and board member, providing them with the insights and tools they need to lead effectively. You will facilitate leadership development initiatives that build the capabilities of our leaders and prepare them to meet the challenges of a dynamic business environment.

  • Operational Excellence: In a company with a strong focus on supply chain and operations, you will engage with themes such as optimizing our warehouse footprint, embedding a continuous improvement culture, and enhancing health and safety practices. Your ability to connect HR initiatives with operational priorities will be key to driving performance and productivity across the organization.

  • Employee Experience: Champion initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, ensuring that our workplace culture is inclusive, engaging, and aligned with our organizational values. You will oversee the recruitment of senior key positions, ensuring we attract and retain top talent that shares our commitment to excellence.

  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the crucial link between the needs of your business stakeholders and the service offerings of HR. You will work closely with global HR teams to ensure that the specific needs of your business unit are reflected in the global people agenda, while also contributing to the broader organizational strategy.

  • Collaboration and Reporting: As part of a team of HR Business Partners supporting international teams across the organization, you will report to the Head of HR Group Functions. Your collaborative approach will be essential in fostering a cohesive and effective HR function that drives business success.

  • Strategic and Hands-On Approach: You combine conceptual thinking with practical execution, ensuring that strategic initiatives are effectively implemented. Your project management skills enable you to deliver results on time and within budget.

  • Stakeholder Management: You have excellent stakeholder management skills and are comfortable challenging mindsets and assumptions. Your ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders is a key asset in this role.
