Position: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Bucharest

Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours

What is your role?
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the front line for customer inquiries, managing orders, and enhancing sales alongside our customer managers. You'll handle everything from answering queries and resolving complaints to providing quotes and ensuring seamless order processing. Your role will also involve participating in customer visits, events, and offering e-commerce training.

Your specific tasks include:  

  • Provide comprehensive telephone support and service, addressing non-technical questions and concerns.
  • Actively nurture and strengthen customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Execute sales strategies effectively through proactive telephone engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure a unified approach to customer management.
  • Contribute to internal sales processes such as inquiries, quotes, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in developing business, process and tools  in order to increase our efficiency and quality in customer service across SEE countries.

Who are you?

  • Ideally educated in a commercial or technical field.
  • A strong customer service orientation with previous experience in internal sales.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ideally CRM software.
  • Fluent in Romanian, English, Bulgarian.
