As a Change Manager at Kramp your goal is to ensure that changes are implemented in a controlled and efficient manner. With your hands-on and pragmatic approach, you will drive the Organizational Change Management (OCM) of our major ERP Transformation program, called “Spring”. The Spring program can be considered as an umbrella program with lots of related project and business dependencies.
The program will replace and improve the core of our technology and key business processes in line with the Kramp strategy. We finalized the groundwork in the scoping phase and are now initiating the implementation. Next to your role as Change Manager within the Spring program, you will develop the Kramp way of working for OCM. This includes to forma center of excellence for Change Management within Kramp, focusing on local hero and train-the-trainer concepts. The role
Lead the change of our Spring program, facilitating the adoption of the new processes and solutions for Kramp.
Develop a strategy and plan for managing the change aspects of the transformation. Identify organizational design implications and major business changes, as well as risks associated with these.
Advise the Kramp Leadership team on the OCM strategy and execution. You will then guide leadership teams in facilitating and realizing the change.
Align with the Systems Integrator`s Change Management lead and team.
Develop a Change Network and engage stakeholders across the business.
Identify key target groups impacted by the project results and develop a persona based communication plan for all involved departments and locations.
Perform regular surveys with the Program team and the impacted organization.
Engage the human factor in the transformation program by driving 3 main themes: impact, readiness, sustainability.
Identify training needs, and co-develop the training program and train-the-trainer concept focused on long-term adoption.
Define and agree on change project KPIs and report on progress.
In this senior role, you will be working with international colleagues from our Technology and Business departments and with change agents in 25 countries in Europe. You will be part of the Program core team, working directly with the Program Managers and the Spring Program Office. You will also collaborate with the Portfolio Management department, Communications and a multitude of Kramp business stakeholders throughout the organization.
Who are you?
You have a hands-on mentality and at least 5 years of experience leading change within large international projects, gained either in an international organization or a consultancy firm. You will be based in our offices in Varsseveld and Utrecht with occasional visits to our European locations. Besides, we are looking for someone who has:
completed a Bachelor or Master degree.
extensive experience with complex (IT) transformation programs in an international context, ideally having accompanied them for the full duration
knowledge of / experience in the most common Change Management theories & practices.
the ability to influence and convince senior leadership teams, change, agents and employees.
the ability to develop a concrete implementation plan that fits to the organizational needs.
the capability to navigate through and manage stakeholders in a complex environment, without losing sight of the big picture and the goals.
excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Dutch is considered an asset.
