  • Document CNtS processes in the tool Mavim in accordance with the modelling conventions, ensuring quality and completeness

  • Identify process performance metrics and make sure they are monitored and serve the purpose of steering and continuous improvement

  • Apply methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to analyze and identify opportunities to improve processes, practices, and procedures

  • Execute cross-functional improvement initiatives, applying the tools and methods, to improve process performance

  • As a member of the Spring program, drive the development of lean and future-proof to-be processes which will serve as a group-wide standard

  • Support Spring workstreams from the business process and requirements perspective, ensuring that an end-to-end perspective is maintained

  • Support Management of Change in Spring to build acceptance of change by providing training and guidance for new processes and monitoring implementation progress
