As Kramp’s product range continues to grow in complexity and scale, we’re looking for a strategic leader to shape and lead our Product Quality & Compliance (PQ&C) function.
Your Impact
You’ll define and execute our PQ&C strategy, lead a growing team of specialists, and embed a strong quality and compliance mindset throughout the organization. Your mission: safeguard our product integrity, customer trust, and market access—while supporting innovation and growth.
Your role
Lead Strategy & Execution: Turn our business goals into a clear roadmap for quality and compliance.
Build Systems: Develop scalable QMS, compliance programs, and audit processes across all product categories.
Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with Category, Sourcing, Legal, and other teams to ensure seamless compliance integration.
Uphold Standards: Oversee supplier audits, testing protocols, and preventive quality initiatives.
Engage Stakeholders: Act as Kramp’s key contact for regulatory bodies and ensure strong internal collaboration.
Team management: Manage and develop a skilled team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
As part of the Category Development leadership team, you collaborate closely with Heads of Category, Private Label, and Sourcing to align quality and compliance initiatives with commercial priorities and innovation goals. This position reporting into the Category Development Director.
Who are you?
Completed Master’s degree.
8–10 years of experience in product quality & compliance; strong EU regulatory knowledge.
Proven leadership in managing international, multi-category teams.
Strong communicator and strategic thinker with a bias for execution.
Experience with compliance in high-risk or regulated product categories is a plus.
Furthermore we are looking for someone with:

Customer Focus: You translate customer needs into robust compliance systems.
Execution Power: You deliver results with structure, speed, and reliability.
