About Kramp Parts Ireland Ltd
Kramp Parts Ireland Ltd is part of the Kramp Group — Europe’s leading agricultural wholesaler. With over 500,000 products in our assortment, we supply businesses in the agricultural, forest & grass care, and construction sectors.
In 2023, Kramp acquired Genfitt Mayo, and the business now operates as Kramp Parts Ireland Ltd. We continue to operate from our Genfitt warehouse & offices in Kiltimagh, Co. Mayo, serving customers across Ireland with next-day delivery, along with access to our wider Kramp assortment available from Europe.
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness. Your mission will be to put Kramp front-of-mind for our target audiences — from end users to our dealer network — using products, campaigns, and compelling content to tell our story and grow our market presence.
In this fast-paced role, you will balance long-term brand-building with day-to-day marketing delivery. You will collaborate closely with our global marketing team to deliver group-wide marketing campaigns, while ensuring they are adapted and localised for maximum relevance and impact in the local market. You will also support our external sales team, helping them strengthen relationships with customers and drive activity in dealerships.
What is your role?
Lead the charge in driving brand awareness through integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Collaborate with the global marketing team to deliver global campaigns, putting a local spin on them to ensure relevance and effectiveness in the Irish market.
Actively seek out product and market information to create engaging, accurate, and persuasive content.
Support our external sales team with marketing materials, campaigns, and tools to help them support customers and dealers.
Build campaigns that both strengthen the Kramp brand and drive sales for key product areas.
Create content for multiple channels — social media, email, website content pages — tailored to different audiences (B2B and B2C).
Plan and execute segmented email campaigns to targeted customer groups.
Work collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers, and dealers to ensure alignment on marketing objectives.
Track and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for improvement.
Assist in planning and promoting events and exhibitions (experience helpful but not essential).
Who are you?
Proven experience in a marketing role (ideally within B2B or wholesale/distribution sectors).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, web).
Good understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, CRM, email platforms).
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and deliver on deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability.
A keen interest (or experience) in AI developments and/or paid advertising – enthusiasm to learn is just as valuable.
Desirable:
Experience working within the agriculture sector desirable but not essential.
Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Experience in video content creation (not essential).
What do we offer?
We are an ambitious, fast-growing and financially sound organization. You can obviously expect:
Competitive salary 32k - 35k plus bonus & benefits.
23 days annual leave plus including all bank holidays.
Hybrid working model (office and remote).
Inclusive culture with lots of opportunities for growth
Profit sharing bonus
Company pension
Opportunity to work with a market-leading European brand in a dynamic, growing organisation.
Supportive, collaborative, and innovative team environment.
Professional development opportunities within the Kramp Group network.
Access to free personal development courses
