ESG Data & Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a ESG Data & Reporting Analyst to join us. You will be the first person to come into this role, so get excited to make a huge impact within Kramp!

What is your role?  

You are responsible for the development of the sustainability data structures and reporting systems. You make sure we live up to te ESG reporting requirements.

Your specific tasks include:  

  • Develop, manage and propagate the internal and external criteria for ESG reporting, putting better processes and systems in place.

  • Ensure the ESG data and systems have the level of quality that are requested by national and international regulations (CSRD).

  • Proactively monitor/manage accountability and internal control of ESG results.

  • Responsible for the data collection, analysis and control of the CO2 data.

  • Develop and continuously improve insight and progress reports on ESG data.

  • Prepare for future data developments and solutions.

  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in obtaining correct ESG data.

Your team

You will report to the CSR Manager, Erik-jan Smit. Your stakeholders are Finance & business control and Data & Analytics teams of various departments in the company (HR, Operations, Commerce, etc).

Who are you?  

  • BA/Master level (preferably accountancy & control or business administration)

  • (Some) experience in ESG reporting/sustainability information

  • Knowledge and interest in ESG/sustainability information developments and trends

  • Experience with software data systems and reporting systems

  • Able to identify new developments in ESG reporting

  • Intrinsically motivated to shape our sustainability transition

Furthermore you:

  • Are proactive and results oriented

  • work independently, systematically and are a driving force

  • Have good communication skills

  • Are strategic and analytical

  • Can work with different types of people at all levels
