Then you might be our new
HR Business Partner
for Kramp Group.
As HR Business Partner you will mainly act as a link between the managers of international teams in group functions and the organization. Together with a team of HR Business Partners you are an important player in the transformation of HR and within the business, where efficiency and digitalization of the basic processes go together with the development of the tactical and strategic role of the HR Business Partners.

Your team
You work closely together with your colleague HR Business Partners and with two of our Strategic Business Partners and you report to the Head of HR Group Functions.
