IT Information Analyst CRM/CCP (Customer Communication Platform)

What is your role?

  • Configuring Microsoft 365 (CRM); 
  • All channel configurations and license management on Customer Communication Platform (CCP);
  • Management of Customer Service channels for CCP: Voice, Email, Chat & WhatsApp for Business;
  • Come up with creative solutions for CRM and CCP; 
  • Give demos and training to colleagues;
  • Plan and guide software releases;
  • Analyze specific business processes and bottlenecks, and convert these into a functional design; 
  • Together with your colleagues, you ensure maximum customer satisfaction. 

Your team

You will join a team of 6 members and one product owner who maintain the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application and Sprinklr, which is our Customer Communication Platform. Business needs and requirements are defined in close collaboration with our Sales Excellence team. Your team is responsible for the final implementation.

Who are you?   

Besides your enthusiastic, curious mindset, we have a couple of requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related studies.
  • Experience with application implementation, maintenance and third line support.
  • You are able to work project-based and lead projects. 
  • You are customer-oriented (towards our colleagues) and enjoy working on continuous improvement. 
  • Excellent communication and analysis capabilities; you find it important to share knowledge and you are a real team player. 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. 
  • We prefer a candidate that is able and willing to work in our office in Varsseveld (2 days a week).
