To support our italian Commerce team, we are now looking for an Assortment Manager.

The Assortment Manager is responsible for managing the product assortment for Kramp’s customers in the country and ensuring that Kramp’s customers have the right products at the right time and in the right quantities. Role closely collaborates with sales, category, procurement and other internal teams to develop and execute product assortment strategies. Monthly review the country assortment and the performance of the different product groups in the assortment as input to the category assortment review and the demand planning.

Your role:

  • Complete research and analyze data to develop and / or support a sound understanding of customer segments, needs and expectations;
  • Identify imporvemnets to the plan / category developments;
  • Interpret commercial results and provide insights on commercial trends;
  • Contribute to stakeholders engagement.

Who are you?

  • Good industry and market knowledge;
  • Very good knowledge of commercial / customer needs management;
  • High degree of customer orientation, self-motivation, flexibility and resilience;
  • Very good knowledge of the English language;
  • Solution-oriented, efficient and independent way of working;
  • Friendly and engaging manner;
  • Very good Excel skills.
