We are looking for a

Talent Acquisition Specialist

who will recruit future colleagues for mainly Tech and Omnichannel. You will be closely involved in executing recruitment campaigns and initiatives.
This diverse role will give you the opportunity to work with various (international) departments in our beautiful new office in heart of Utrecht.

What is your role?

  • Managing the recruitment process from A to Z.

  • Think about and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract the best candidates on the market.

  • You will be the Recruitment expert, the person who will advise hiring managers and successfully guide the recruitment process.

  • You promote Kramp's Employer Brand at all times.

  • Ensuring up-to-date data and reports on HR processes.

  • You provide an exceptional candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process, so that all candidates have a positive experience with Kramp.

Your team

Our team consists of 1 Employer Branding Specialist and 9 Talent Acquisitions Specialists based in the Netherlands, Poland,  United Kingdom and Germany. You will report to the Global Manager Talent Acquisition.

You will work closely with HR Business Partners, The HR Connect team and the various hiring managers.

Who are you?

For this job we have a couple of requirements:  

  • You are an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with corporate, in-house and/or agency side experience.

  • You have excellent stakeholder management-, communication-, and influence skills.

  • You are open-minded and have a solution-oriented mindset.

  • You have experience with a wide range of sourcing channels, including social media.

  • You are fluent in English. Any other languages? Great!

  • Experience with managing events or employer branding activities is considered an asset.
