As part of this initiative, we have established Cluster Management Teams to drive business in various regions. We are now seeking a Business Analyst to join our Nordics team, focusing on key areas of commerce and pricing.

About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will divide your efforts between Business Intelligence (BI) and pricing. Initially, your work will be evenly split between these areas, with a shift towards a greater focus on commerce in the long term. Reporting directly to the BI-Lead Nordics, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to provide actionable insights and facilitate strategic decision-making processes. Moreover, this role offers exciting opportunities for involvement in cross-European projects, interfacing with our broader Group division, encompassing Analytics, Insights & Transformation.

Your Responsibilities

Business Intelligence (BI) Tasks:

  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare, analyze, and visualize sales reports; provide ad hoc reports; suggest improvements from data patterns and trends.

  • Business Support: Ensure high-quality data in reports and dashboards; support decision-making with data-driven insights; promote and clearly present analysis results.

  • Process Improvement: Lead data analysis to support key sales processes; investigate and address issues through analysis and stakeholder engagement.

  • Data Quality: Continuously clean and standardize data sources; validate data and reports with regular checks.

Pricing Tasks:

  • Analysis and Reporting: Prepare analyses and reports on commercial trends and performance.

  • Market Trend Analysis: Conduct analyses to anticipate market trends and ensure competitive positioning.

  • Business Case Preparation: Contribute to and assist in preparing business cases for development opportunities.

  • Pricing Solutions: Interpret business needs and recommend solutions to pricing issues.

  • Promotional Pricing Support: Provide analysis and support for promotional pricing and monitor their impact.

Who Are You?

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Relevant educational background in Business Economics or a related field.

  • Experience: Experienced practitioner capable of working independently and with experience in coordinating their own work.

  • Business Insight: Breaks down and analyses information effectively. Identifies the causes of problems and proposes realistic and practical solutions to address them.

  • Complexity Management: Skilled at handling complex, large volumes of sometimes conflicting information to solve problems effectively.

  • Process Optimization: Knowledge of effective processes and continuous improvement, using measurements and benchmarks to ensure quality.

  • Planning and Adaptation: Able to plan and prioritize work to meet organizational goals, align efforts with Cluster Manager Pricing and stakeholders.

Workplace & Flexibility:

Your primary workplace will be located at our office in Skjern or at our hub in Århus. After the onboarding period, remote work is a possibility. Some travel may be required to collaborate with team members.

We offer a competitive salary package, exciting work tasks, and opportunities for personal and professional development. Additionally, we provide:
