Product Analyst

#REQ0014387

Kramp is Europe’s leading supplier of parts, accessories and services for the agricultural sector. We are a digital company with a strong logistical heart: our supply chain is the backbone of everything we do. Through innovative IT solutions and data-driven decision making, we make sure our customers always get what they need – quickly, reliably and efficiently.

Our logistical strength lies in an extensive network of warehouses across Europe, enabling us to deliver to thousands of customers every day. This allows us to combine local availability with the scale and efficiency of an international organisation.

Your role

As a Product Analyst within our Product Organisation, you are responsible for improving our supply chain and act as the link between business and IT.

You work in a multidisciplinary product team where you identify challenges within the logistics network, uncover opportunities for improvement, and help turn them into reality. You don’t stop at analysis — you make sure that improvements are actually implemented and deliver measurable results.

In the coming years, Kramp will embark on several major projects — from setting up a new warehouse to introducing new processes with the implementation of a new ERP system. You will play a key role in these initiatives by ensuring that business requirements are clearly defined and translated into concrete solutions within our IT systems, such as the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and the Transport Management System (TMS).

You combine analytical insight with a hands-on approach. By using data and understanding processes, you translate insights into concrete improvements in our processes and IT systems. In close collaboration with Product Owners, Business Owners and Operations teams, you ensure that changes don’t just remain on paper but deliver real results across our supply chain.

In addition, you contribute to the standardisation of processes within the logistics organisation and support the implementation of improvements. Your insights and recommendations help make our supply chain smarter, more efficient and future-proof.

Who you are

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, for example in Business Administration, (Technical) Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or a comparable field.

  • You are analytically strong, able to distinguish between main and secondary issues quickly, and use data to turn insights into concrete actions.

  • You are results-oriented and enjoy tackling complex challenges where technology, processes and the physical world come together.

  • You are a team player: you involve others, bring people along in changes, and communicate clearly and convincingly.

  • You are familiar with agile ways of working and know how to make an impact within a product team.

What do we offer?

We are an ambitious, fast-growing and financially sound organization. You can obviously expect:

  • 25 vacation days and 12 ADV days (based on a fulltime contract)

  • Flexible working policy in hours and location

  • Travel- and working from home allowance

  • Great budget for training and courses

  • Generous pension plan
