Service Desk Logistics Administrator


The Servce Desk Logistic Administrator is responsible for administrating and follow-up of customer deliveries. He/she monitors the status of deliveries and takes actions where required to improve our customers experience. The SDL will report to the Logistic Director.

You will:

Monitor daily reports related to logistics and distribution performance

Pro-actively act on defects according to  Kramp standards

Handle customers complaints pro-activly Handle redelivery / return of the products

Claims the lost or damages at the carrier

Handling different kinds of administration tasks according Kramp quality standards

Monitor performance of internal logistics and distribution companies

Realizing relevant KPI's

Who are you?


  • Bacherlor degree or secondary vocational education with customer service experience
  • Basic knowledge of service desk/customer service processes and procedures
  • Experience in logistic environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of English language
  • Able to collaborate with multiple internal and external partners
  • Good communication skills
