Do you thrive on fostering collaboration and empowering a product team to deliver exceptional results? Kramp, a leader in agricultural parts and digital commerce, is seeking a Manager of Product Owners & Analysts to lead our team (14FTE) to new heights.

As we continue to innovate our in-house e-commerce platform, which powers multiple digital sales channels and webshops, serving thousands of customers and generating a turnover of one billion euros per year, we are looking for a leader who can guide our product owners and analysts toward success.

In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the success of Kramp and our product development efforts. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you'll drive strategic initiatives, optimize performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Reporting to the Director of Digital Product & Innovation, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing our team's development and fostering a culture of collaboration and efficiency. Your focus will be on implementing structured processes and providing clear guidance to ensure everyone knows their role and how to achieve our objectives seamlessly.

Things that will keep you busy if you join our team as a Manager Product Owners & Analysts:

  • Team Development and Leadership: Nurture the growth and development of our product owners and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence. Provide mentorship and support to ensure each team member has the tools and guidance needed to succeed.

  • Process Optimization: Implement structured frameworks and processes to streamline workflows and enhance productivity for our product teams. Continuously identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to optimize existing practices.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Collaborate closely to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Craftsmanship and Expertise: Uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and expertise within our product development teams. Encourage innovation and creativity while ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

  • Performance Empowerment: Set clear performance objectives for team members, providing regular feedback and support to facilitate growth and development. Monitor performance metrics and celebrate achievements while addressing areas for improvement.

  • Product Vision and Roadmap: Work closely with stakeholders to define and execute the product vision and roadmap. Lead the prioritization of initiatives, managing the backlog to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and customer needs.

What will help you be successful in this role:

  • Educational Background: Master's Degree or Equivalent Level of Work Experience.

  • Experience: Over 10 to 15 years of wide and deep experience, preferably with a background in working via a product model methodology.

  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated competencies in leadership, connective leadership, customer orientation, developing employees, execution power, and vision. Preferable experience as manager from a team with minimum of 8FTE.
