Senior Corporate Communications Specialist (Fulltime) 

Your team 
You will be part of the growing Corporate Communications team situated in Varsseveld and Utrecht. This is an enthusiastic team of 5 professionals and you will report into the Head of Corporate Communications, Ruth Oortgiesen.

The team supports all other teams with strategy- and change communication, employee experience, public relations and external communication. We would like to expand our team with someone who can set up and implement our Corporate Communications strategy.You will also work closely with our international marketing team.

What is your role? 
As a Senior Corporate Communications specialist you will develop and execute international strategies on our corporate reputation, plan for significant aspects of external communications and conduct research on key issues and trends. Let’s make it specific:  

• Creating, measuring and building on our international reputation and execute strategic external communications programs for all relevant stakeholders of Kramp
• Advising and collaborating with senior leaders
• Maintain our corporate story for all external stakeholders  
• Manage and build pro-active relationships with European media 
• Follow potential issues, seek for opportunities and prepare holding statements, press releases, messaging and Q&A documents
• Utilize your writing skills for speeches, press releases, social media and (video) scripts. 

Who are you? 
This new role requires someone with strategic thinking power, who knows how to make an impact. You are firm, well organized, proactive, have excellent communication skills and a high level of responsiveness.  You live in (the east of) the Netherlands and are available for at least 32 hours a week.

Furthermore, you bring:

• a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5-10 years' experience as a Specialist in Corporate Communications in a complex, international environment
• experience with acting as a spokesperson
• strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
• fluency in English, both in writing and speaking
